Morse code practice is going slow

Well my intention started out great, though having a family of 5, where the youngest is little over a year, does not permit many time slots to practise.

Family first though then code practise.

  1. This worked for me... decades ago:
One QSO every day, no matter with whom, standard, rag-chew, whatever, in the speed you presently master.
First of all, it's fun, secondly, you'll becoming faster faster faster, w/o efforts!
In my time, I reached 150-200 cpm (30-40 wpm). There's a downer, at least to me, not doing telegraph regularly, one loses it, not totally, but certainly the top speed....
    73!
